Quick Shake Release is a short, movement-based practice designed to help discharge built-up stress and tension from the body. Gentle shaking activates the muscles and nervous system in a way that supports release, helping you shift out of freeze or overwhelm and back into presence.

Prompt: Stand or sit comfortably and take one deep breath.

Begin to gently shake your hands, then your arms.
Let the movement spread to your shoulders, legs, and feet—loose and unforced.
Breathe naturally as you shake, imagining tension leaving the body.

After a minute or two, slow the movement and pause, noticing any sense of release.
